Assistant Professor - Quantitative QUANTITATIVE PSYCHOLOGIST -- THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS AT URBANA-CHAMPAIGN PSYCHOLOGY DEPARTMENT invites applications for a full-time tenure-track psychologist with a research interest in any area of quantitative (e.g., measurement, scaling, psychometrics, mathematical models, behavioral statistics). Candidates should have an outstanding record of research and scholarship involving quantitative approaches. In addition, candidates with a substantive interest in any area of psychology are encouraged to apply. Instructional responsibilities include participation in the teaching of the department courses in statistics and quantitative methods.
Ability to develop and teach graduate seminars in quantitative topics is also expected. This position will be filled at the Assistant Professor level. The position will begin August 16, 2010. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. at the time of appointment. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
