Applying to the graduate program in psychology at the University of Illinois requires that you complete two online forms: (1) the official University Graduate Application form and (2) the Department of Psychology Information Form. To be considered for admission for Fall 2010;
applicants must complete both the University Graduate Application form AND the
Department of Psychology Information form. All application materials must be
received by January 2, 2010.
The University Graduate Application Form
The University's official graduate application is required for all applicants. Among other things, the application requests general demographic information and academic history. It also provides a mechanism to request letters of recommendation, allowing your recommenders to submit letters electronically. The Department of Psychology Information Form
This form is specific to the Department of Psychology. Although this form duplicates some information required by the University's graduate application form, it also requests additional information about your background and interests.
