Psychology has four computer classrooms, rooms 35, 37, 219A, and 289. Rooms 219A and 289 are open during departmental business hours, 8:30am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. When scheduled classes are not in session, faculty and students are welcome to use these computer rooms for their research work. Rooms 35 and 37 are kept locked when there is no class in session in the room. Each computer room has printing available to students.

All the computers in these classrooms are only accessible with a departmental Novell login. All classes and experimenters running subjects need to request logins in advance of using any of these rooms. To request logins, email jaboyd@illinois.edu.

Room 35
Twelve networked computers running Windows XP. Sound available, DVD-ROM, and USB drive ports. PCs are located in satellite rooms. Available for running subjects during nonscheduled class times.

Room 37
Twenty five networked Windows XPsystems. Sound available, DVD-ROM, and USB drive ports. 7 PCs are located in satellite rooms, the remainder in the main room. Available for running subjects during nonscheduled class times.

Room 219A
Eighteen networked Windows XP systems for students plus an instructor computer. Ceiling mounted multimedia projector for instructor. Classes have first priority in room use.

Room 289
Twenty five networked Windows XP PCs, some located in satellite rooms. Classes have first priority in room use.
